Terms of use
These template terms describe a fictional portfolio website. They require review and adaptation before use by a real brokerage or property business.
Website use
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access, interference, or misuse of another person’s information. AJ Realty is a fictional business created to demonstrate AJ Web Studio’s work.
Property information and accuracy
All properties, agents, prices, addresses, neighborhood descriptions, market indicators, sales examples, and client stories are illustrative. They are not offers for actual property. Gallery images and floor plans express a visual direction and do not establish dimensions, ownership, construction quality, or availability.
Availability and pricing
A real listing’s price, availability, fees, conditions, and details require verification with the relevant advisor. Rental prices in this project are shown per month. Nothing on this website creates a binding sale or rental agreement.
Viewing and valuation requests
Demo forms validate inputs and generate local inquiry references, but do not send a message, reserve a slot, appoint an agent, or provide a market valuation. Downloaded calendar files record a tentative request only.
Mortgage estimator
The estimator calculates illustrative principal and interest from your inputs. It excludes taxes, insurance, fees, service charges, eligibility assessment, and lender-specific conditions. It is not financial advice, a loan offer, or an indication of qualification.
Third-party services and external links
External services including WhatsApp operate under their own terms. A prepared message is not sent until you choose to send it in the external service. Verify destinations and information independently.
Intellectual property
The project’s layout, original imagery, copy, and code form a portfolio demonstration by AJ Web Studio. Font licenses are included with the source. Replace business branding and confirm any added asset rights when adapting the project.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the fictional demonstration supplies general illustrative information without guarantees of suitability or completeness. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities which law does not allow to be excluded. A real operator should obtain local legal review.
Changes and contact
