AJ Realty uses browser storage to support your preferences. This project installs no analytics or advertising trackers.
Necessary storage
The aj-consent localStorage key records necessary, analytics, and marketing choices, policy version, and the time of your choice. Necessary storage remains enabled to remember privacy preferences. The banner returns if browser data is cleared.
Property Passport
The aj-passport localStorage key contains saved property identifiers. It supports the shortlist you choose to create. It contains no name, phone number, or email address. Remove entries in the Passport or clear browser data to delete the list.
Analytics
Analytics is optional and disabled by default. No analytics library or third-party analytics request runs in this demo. If a real operator adds analytics, it must wait for consent and stop or remove relevant identifiers when consent is withdrawn.
Marketing
Marketing is optional and disabled by default. No advertising pixels are included. Future marketing integrations must honor recorded consent and provide clear details about their providers and retention.
Cookies and localStorage
LocalStorage remains on your device until removed. The development server may use framework tooling, but the production application itself does not set tracking cookies. Form data is held only in page memory. Photo previews use temporary browser object URLs.
Manage your preferences
Choose Accept All, Reject Optional, or Manage Preferences on the banner. Reopen Cookie Preferences in the footer at any time. Browser settings also allow you to clear stored site data.
